- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss tofu cubes in olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the tofu and mix well.
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, spray tofu lightly with oil before seasoning.
