- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss peppers and onions with olive oil.
- Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Place vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Notes
- Cut vegetables evenly for uniform cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
