Description

Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss peppers and onions with olive oil.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove when vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
