Description
A quick and healthy family dinner made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and add the potatoes and broccoli to the basket.
- Cook for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Cut potatoes into even sizes for even cooking.
- Check chicken with a meat thermometer (165°F or 74°C for doneness).
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
