Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken and add the potatoes and broccoli to the basket.
  5. Cook for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot.
