Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg in another bowl.
  4. Dip fish fillets in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
