Description
Crispy, golden French fries made in an air fryer with simple seasoning. A healthier alternative to deep-fried fries.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into thin strips.
- Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For crispier fries, soak potatoes longer.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
