- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix grated potatoes, french onion soup mix, olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Place potato pom poms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
