Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Dredge tomato slices in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with cornmeal mixture.
- Place coated tomato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Assemble sandwiches by spreading mayo on toasted bread, then layering lettuce, bacon, and fried green tomatoes.
