  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place flour in a shallow bowl. Place beaten egg in another bowl. Mix cornmeal, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika in a third bowl.
  3. Dip each tomato slice in flour, then egg, then cornmeal mixture, pressing to coat evenly.

  5. Arrange tomato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
