Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pat the pickle slices dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
  4. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Coat each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, use pickle chips instead of slices.
  • Let pickles sit for 5 minutes after breading for better adherence.
