Ingredients

- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Pat the pickle slices dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
- Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use pickle chips instead of slices.
- Let pickles sit for 5 minutes after breading for better adherence.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer to ensure even cooking.
