Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in cheese and diced vegetables.
- Grease a muffin tin or silicone cups.
- Pour the mixture into cups, filling each 3/4 full.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
