Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix oats, almonds, and cranberries in a bowl.
  3. Warm honey and peanut butter in a small saucepan until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Press the mixture into a lined air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
