Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, mangoes, or berries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, to prevent browning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 170°F (75°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Blend the fruit until smooth. Add honey or lemon juice if desired.
  3. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the fruit puree thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) on the parchment paper.
  5. Air fry for 3-4 hours, checking occasionally, until the leather is no longer sticky.
  6. Let it cool, then peel and cut into strips.

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
