Description

A refreshing and healthy dessert made with fresh fruit in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, mango, or pineapple)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water (optional for blending)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the fruit into small pieces.
  2. Place the fruit in a blender with honey and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed.
  4. Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir halfway through.
  7. Freeze for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe fruit for natural sweetness.
  • Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
