- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Cut chicken breasts into even-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.
- Coat chicken pieces evenly with the garlic mixture.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For crispier chicken, lightly spray with oil before cooking.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer.
- Adjust cooking time for thicker chicken pieces.
