Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into even-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.
  4. Coat chicken pieces evenly with the garlic mixture.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.

  • For crispier chicken, lightly spray with oil before cooking.
