Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Lightly brush meatballs with olive oil.
  5. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve warm.
