Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley, then cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
