- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Thread the chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
