- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss shrimp in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the shrimp and cook for 1 more minute.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
