Ingredients

- 250g mincemeat
- 320g ready-rolled shortcrust pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for glazing)
- 1 tbsp icing sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out the pastry and cut into circles to fit your pie molds.
- Press the pastry circles into the molds and fill with mincemeat.
- Cut smaller pastry circles or shapes to cover the pies.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with icing sugar before serving.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade mincemeat.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the mincemeat.
