Crispy ginger chocolate cookies made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking soda, ginger, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto air fryer tray.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
