- 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix carrots with olive oil, honey, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Check for desired crispness and serve warm.
