Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, molasses, brown sugar, and egg.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits in your air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
