Delicious ginger-molasses bars made easily in your air fryer. These bars are soft, chewy, and full of warm spices.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, molasses, brown sugar, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use a light-colored pan for even baking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
