Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix flour, butter, sugar, ginger, and salt in a bowl until dough forms.
  3. Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
  4. Place cookies in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool before serving.
