Crispy ginger shortbread cookies made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, butter, sugar, ginger, and salt in a bowl until dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Place cookies in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
