Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk molasses, brown sugar, melted butter, and egg.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
  5. Stir in hot water until smooth.
  6. Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits your air fryer.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
