Description

Crispy air fryer gingerbread biscotti with warm spices and a hint of molasses.


Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar, then mix in molasses, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
  5. Shape into a 12-inch log on parchment paper.
  6. Air fry for 15 minutes until firm.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes, then slice diagonally.
  8. Arrange slices in air fryer and cook 5 minutes per side until crisp.
