Delicious gingerbread blondies made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, and molasses.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
