Ingredients

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add molasses and egg, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for easier handling.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
