Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add molasses, egg, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and flatten slightly.
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until edges are firm.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Chill dough for 30 minutes if too sticky.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
