A quick and easy air fryer gingerbread fudge recipe with rich flavors and a soft texture.

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook at 300°F for 10 minutes.
- Let the fudge cool completely before cutting into squares.
