A quick and easy air fryer recipe for gingerbread granola. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, molasses, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- If using nuts, add them and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Let the granola cool completely before adding dried fruit (if using).
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Check granola often to prevent burning.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- For clumpier granola, press mixture down before cooking.
