Description

A quick and easy air fryer recipe for gingerbread granola. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  3. Add maple syrup, molasses, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. If using nuts, add them and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Let the granola cool completely before adding dried fruit (if using).
  8. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Check granola often to prevent burning.
  • Adjust spices to taste.
  • For clumpier granola, press mixture down before cooking.
