Ingredients

- 1/4 cup molasses

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix molasses, brown sugar, oil, coffee, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use a 6-inch cake pan for best results.
- Check cake at 20 minutes to avoid overcooking.
- Dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
