Description
A quick and easy gingerbread loaf made in the air fryer for a warm, spiced treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk molasses, brown sugar, milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Check doneness at 25 minutes to prevent overbaking.
- Substitute almond milk for a dairy-free option.
