Description

A quick and easy gingerbread loaf made in the air fryer for a warm, spiced treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk molasses, brown sugar, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in your air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Check doneness at 25 minutes to prevent overbaking.
  • Substitute almond milk for a dairy-free option.
