Description
A quick and easy gingerbread mug cake made in the air fryer. Perfect for a single serving dessert with warm spices and a soft texture.
Ingredients

- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, molasses, and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a large mug to prevent overflow.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Top with whipped cream or icing if desired.
