Description
Crispy and flavorful gingersnap cookies made quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add molasses and egg to the butter mixture.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until edges are crisp.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Space cookies at least 1 inch apart in the air fryer.
- Check cookies halfway through cooking to prevent burning.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
