Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients: flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add molasses and egg to the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes until edges are crisp.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Space cookies at least 1 inch apart in the air fryer.
  • Check cookies halfway through cooking to prevent burning.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
