Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Score the ham lightly in a diamond pattern.
  3. Mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl.
  4. Coat the ham evenly with the glaze.
  5. Place the ham in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, then brush with more glaze.
  7. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
