Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup frosting (gluten-free)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (gluten-free)
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then crumble it into fine crumbs.
- Mix in frosting until the crumbs stick together.
- Roll mixture into small balls and place on a tray.
- Insert lollipop sticks into each ball.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip each cake pop into the chocolate.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.
Notes
- Use a gluten-free cake mix for a quicker option.
- If the mixture is too sticky, chill it in the fridge for 10 minutes before rolling.
- Store cake pops in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
