Description

Crispy cauliflower bites coated in a spicy-sweet gochujang maple glaze, cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil.
  3. Air fry cauliflower for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Mix gochujang, maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic powder.
  5. Toss cooked cauliflower in the glaze.
  6. Return to air fryer for 3 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
