Crispy smashed potatoes with spicy gochujang flavor, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender (10-12 minutes)
- Drain and let cool slightly
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F
- Gently smash each potato with a fork
- Mix oil, gochujang, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Coat potatoes evenly with the mixture
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until crispy
- Garnish with green onions
Notes
- Use similar-sized potatoes for even cooking
- Adjust gochujang amount for desired spice level
