Crispy outside, chewy inside air fryer brownie cookies with golden edges
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl
- Whisk melted butter, sugar, egg and vanilla
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Scoop dough onto parchment paper
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes
- Let cool before serving
Notes
- Dough can be refrigerated for 30 minutes if too sticky
- Check cookies at 8 minutes
- Leave space between cookies for air circulation
