Description
Crispy granola clusters made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Heat honey and coconut oil until melted, then add vanilla extract.
- Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Add dried fruit and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Let cool before breaking into clusters.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Swap nuts or dried fruit based on preference.
