Description

Crispy and delicious granola cups made in the air fryer, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix oats, honey, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in nuts or seeds if using.
  4. Press mixture into silicone muffin cups or greased ramekins.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and firm.
  6. Let cool before removing from molds.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • For extra crunch, add chia or flax seeds.
  • Use parchment liners for easy removal.
