Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix oats, honey, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in nuts or seeds if using.
- Press mixture into silicone muffin cups or greased ramekins.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and firm.
- Let cool before removing from molds.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra crunch, add chia or flax seeds.
- Use parchment liners for easy removal.
