- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until fully cooked.
- Mix yogurt, cucumber, and dill to make tzatziki sauce.
- Warm pita bread in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble plates with chicken, pita, tomatoes, red onion, and tzatziki.
