- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and zest.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the marinade.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer for doneness.
