Delicious stuffed mushrooms made with fresh herbs and cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients

- 12 large white mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each mushroom with the mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush mushrooms with olive oil.
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Adjust herbs to your taste.
- Check mushrooms halfway to prevent overcooking.
