- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 2 tablespoons green tea powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Cornstarch for dusting
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour, green tea powder, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water and vegetable oil, stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for another 1 minute until thickened.
- Dust a surface with cornstarch and roll the dough into small balls.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place mochi balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- If dough is too sticky, dust with more cornstarch.
