- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss gyoza with oil to coat lightly.
- Arrange dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add water to the basket and cook for 2 more minutes to steam.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
