Ingredients

  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Handful of fresh lettuce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Coat the halloumi slices with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
  3. Place the halloumi in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl.

  7. Serve immediately.
