Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 squares.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cook eggs in a pan until scrambled.
- Place ham, cheese, and eggs on half of each pastry square.
- Fold pastry over filling and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with egg wash.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
