- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust harissa paste for more or less heat.
- Use chicken thighs if preferred.
- Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
