Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these air fryer Hasselback potatoes are a simple yet impressive side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice them thinly, leaving the bottom intact.
  3. Brush the potatoes with olive oil, making sure to coat the slices.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, checking halfway through.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese (if using) and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
