- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice them thinly, leaving the bottom intact.
- Brush the potatoes with olive oil, making sure to coat the slices.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, checking halfway through.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese (if using) and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use a wooden spoon to help slice the potatoes without cutting all the way through.
- Adjust cooking time based on potato size.
- For extra crispiness, brush with more oil halfway through cooking.
